I think the problem is that India seems to be doing so well, there's not a lot of foreign aid. Not that local people aren't in any position to help. You'd think between the Ambani brothers and Mr. Mittal, who are three of the wealthiest fifteen people in the world, there'd be more progress for the rest of the country.
