Firefox 3
May 8th, 2008I don’t know if you guys consider me your resident technology guru, but I just switched to Firefox 3, and I love it. It doesn’t render quite as fast as Opera, but it feels much snappier than Firefox 2. Kind of like when you’ve gone ice skating for 3 hours, then ditch the skates and walk around in your shoes. That’s the feeling.

autocomplete in ff3 sucks balls. i hate how it parses the whole URL…smart, maybe, but fucking annoying when you wanna go to jimmypan.org but it decides to take you to http://www.bigboobies.org/jimmypang instead

I noticed it makes you click more on for notification of saving password, dling things etc but I do like how much faster it is.
P.S. It won’t let me put my last name unless i make a new login…

Tim: I agree that at first it threw me off a bit, but it does get pretty smart about predicting what I want. Probably even too smart. I don’t want people find out everytime they press ‘t’ that my most commonly visited link is http://www.younghotazns.net/timchen
